As we re-open business, we want to make sure that we maintain the diligence that has kept you and us safe for this long. We plan to implement the safety guidelines issued by the CDC and the WHO, in as practical a manner as possible. We understand that this may produce some delays and cost increases, but our attention to details, our excellent customer service, and the quality of our work will not suffer! The following are some of the steps our workers and sub-contractors have agreed to abide by.
All our people will wear face masks when inside your residence, and when speaking with you outside of the residence. Masks will also be worn when 2 or more workers are working together in a confined area.
This policy includes initial interviews to estimate projects. All interviews are currently being done by the owner(s), who will arrive masked, but who will step back from the door to unmask his face once for recognition, before re-masking to continue the interview.
All our people will employ social distancing of at least 6 feet when speaking with you. Whenever possible, all non-essential workers will leave the work area whenever the owner(s) have a need to be in the work area.
All our people are equipped with hand sanitizers, alcohol sprays, wipes, and other sanitizers. Hand sanitizers will be used upon each arrival to the job site.
Purchased materials brought to the job site will be spritzed with alcohol sprays before being brought into the residence.
Our workers will define a work area, a path of access to that work area, and a bathroom. Every effort will be made to isolate our movements to those areas.
Implementation of these efforts, as well as the impact the virus has had on material supplies and labor, will result in some delays as well as increased project times.
