Sub-Contractor

As an employee, you will work directly for FCS, and you will receive a standard paycheck (Electronically Paid), issued in your name, with the appropriate taxes deducted. You must also have the following, without exception:

A valid Social Security card in your name.
A valid current Ca. Drivers License or Ca. I.D. card.
Be able to pass an extensive background check.
Reliable transportation.
Tools required to perform the job(s) you are applying for.
Be able to accept electronic payments.
Be willing to comply with all company policies including Covid-19 Compliance policies.

Apply for Employee Position

Sub-Contractor

As a sub-contractor, you will work independently, under our supervision. You must also have, or be part of a company that has a valid C or B level Contractor's License. All payments will be made to the company or person named on the license. You must also have the following, without exception:

A valid C or B level Contractor's License.
A valid Certificate of Workers Compensation Insurance.
All on-site employees must pass a background check.
Be able to accept electronic payments.
Be willing to comply with all company policies including Covid-19 Compliance policies.
